    The following is the ranking of vitamin C that 150g of fruit can give you: guava 342mg, kiwi 139mg, papaya 93mg, grapefruit 89mg, strawberry 88mg. In contrast, some of us usually think that vitamin C is particularly high: orange 80mg, lemon 80mg, and pineapple 54mg are actually medium to high, and the most common apple is only 6mg in 150g, which is less than most vegetables. So don't judge the content of vitamin C based on the sour taste alone.
