Can the sun supplement vitamin D?

Female  35 years old 2018-06-27
I often stay up late, and my bones have been in pain for the past week. The doctor advised me to take vitamin D in the sun. Can I supplement vitamin D with the sun?

Yes, follow the doctor's instructions, basking in the sun, and often work outdoors in the sun, so that people's bodies produce vitamin D activated by the sun to promote bone health. Daily exercise, work for life. Worked out during work.
