Are dark vegetables more nutritious than light-colored vegetables?

I often hear people say that dark vegetables have good nutrients. Are dark vegetables more nutritious than light vegetables?

    Some people think that light-colored vegetables are not as high in nutrients as dark-colored vegetables. In fact, this is not the case. Researchers have found that there is no inevitable relationship between food color and nutrients. Light-colored vegetables such as cauliflower and cabbage are rich in vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamins. C, vitamin K and iron and fiber. Light-colored vegetables should not be "abandoned"
