Why is frozen food fresher?

I want to know that every time I go to the vegetable farm to buy meat, the owner of the stall says that his meat is very fresh. Why is this frozen meat fresher?

    Because the pigs enter the quick-freezing process as soon as 2 to 3 hours after slaughtering. After thawing at home for more than 1 hour, the exposure time of the food at room temperature is only about four or five hours, so it is fresher.
