People with abnormal liver function can cause edema in addition to the inability to synthesize blood proteins in the body. Therefore, the blood osmotic pressure is reduced, and water easily accumulates in the tissue, and there is often a phenomenon of water accumulation in the abdomen and chest. Such patients should not drink more water, so as not to increase the symptoms of edema. If the body has edema, the daily intake of water should be limited according to the actual situation of edema.
