    Men love red meat more than women, and they particularly like barbecue. Carbon fire grilled meat will introduce polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic amine carcinogens, so it is particularly dangerous. Some barbecues are also marinated with sodium nitrite, which is a processed meat product and will increase the risk.
