My mother is a little iron-deficit now, but she is also a vegetarian. How should I subsidize her?

A small amount of iron can be supplemented by whole grains. Iron must be assisted by vitamin C to transform into the iron form needed for hematopoiesis. Therefore, eat more foods rich in iron and vitamin C, such as raisins and red dates.
