It should not be eaten with cucumbers. Cucumber contains a vitamin C-decomposing enzyme that will destroy vitamin C in other vegetables. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C. If the two are consumed together, they will not achieve the effect of supplementing nutrition. It is not advisable to take anticoagulant drugs such as heparin and dicoumarol. Tomatoes contain more vitamin K, which mainly catalyzes the synthesis of thrombin in the liver. Insufficient vitamin K will prolong the clotting time and cause subcutaneous and muscle bleeding.
