Are onion leaves more nutritious than light white?

Male  32 years old 2018-06-24
When I eat scallions, I usually discard the scallion leaves and eat only the scallion white, but I heard friends say that the scallion leaves are more nutritious than the scallion white, right?

Generally, when people eat scallions, they only eat scallion white but not scallion leaves. In fact, the nutrition of the scallion leaves is not worse than that of scallion leaves. In addition to the nutrients contained in the scallion leaves, many nutrients are superior to the scallion whites. For example, the content of vitamin C, carotene, leaf green, and magnesium in onion leaves should be significantly higher than that of the onion white parts. So you can eat the scallion leaves and scallion together.
