How much calcium do we need to eat every day?

When I went to bed recently, I always felt that my legs were uncomfortable and a little sore. If I wanted to add some calcium, how much calcium do we need to consume every day?

    Calcium needs to be different for different ages. Under 50 years old, 800 mg of calcium should be added every day, over 50 years of age, 1000 mg of calcium should be added, and pregnant women should add 1200 to 1500 mg of calcium. However, according to the current survey in my country, the per capita daily calcium intake of our country cannot reach 400 mg.
