Why can't people with high cholesterol eat more coconut

Female  42 years old 2018-06-22
My physical examination is high in cholesterol, and I usually like coconuts. The doctor told me to eat less, so why can't I eat more coconuts with high cholesterol?

Coconut flesh is as white as jade in the coconut, and the coconut milk is cool and sweet. The coconut also contains sucrose, fat, vitamin B1, vitamin E, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium and so on. But did you know that the calorie of coconut is 354 calories, and coconut is more saturated fat, eating too much will make cholesterol levels too high, increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke.
