Will the fetus eaten during pregnancy be malnourished?

Male  27 years old 2018-06-22
I eat very little after pregnancy. I heard that I need to eat a lot in order to ensure fetal nutrition. Will my child be malnourished like this?

Although a lot of nutrition is needed during pregnancy, research from Harvard Medical School shows that the more mothers gain weight during pregnancy, the higher the likelihood that the child will be overweight before the age of 3. Another study showed that children of mothers who gained excessive weight during pregnancy were more likely to be obese during adolescence. Therefore, the diet should be moderate to avoid affecting the health of children. So you only need to supplement moderately, don't overdose.
