I just ate seafood, and after a little thirst, I ate some fruit. Can I eat both kinds of food?

Seafood cannot be eaten with fruits. Fish, shrimp and algae in seafood are rich in nutrients such as protein and calcium. If eaten with fruits containing tannic acid, it will not only reduce the nutritional value of protein, but also make seafood Calcium and tannic acid combine to form a new non-digestible substance. This substance can stimulate the stomach and cause discomfort, causing symptoms such as stomach pain, vomiting, and nausea. Fruits containing more tannic acid include persimmons, grapes, pomegranates, hawthorns, and green fruits. Therefore, these fruits should not be eaten at the same time as seafood dishes, and should be separated by two hours.
