Studies have shown that smokers with high blood vitamin B6 levels have a lower risk of lung cancer. Vitamin B6 can reduce the risk factor of lung cancer in smokers by 60%. High levels of vitamin B6 and methionine can halve the risk of lung cancer. Food recommendations include beef, chicken, fish, animal offal, oats, wheat bran, peas, etc. Among them, the highest content of vitamin B6 is white meat, such as chicken and fish.
