How many times is it better for the elderly to chew?

Female  59 years old 2018-06-21
My dad didn't chew at all when he was old. I don't think it's healthy. I want to know how many times the elderly chew on food.

Elderly people generally eat slower, which requires proper adjustment, and the digestive function of the elderly is weak. It is best to chew a meal 25 to 50 times to give the diet center enough excitement time to help food digestion.
