Can calcium-deficiency eat nutrient-fortified foods?

Female  38 years old 2018-06-21
My mother is often uncomfortable when she is old. The hospital checks for calcium deficiency. Others recommend eating nutrient-fortified products. Can I eat calcium-fortified foods?

Reasonable use of nutrient-fortified foods: The elderly are prone to lack of calcium, iron and vitamins A, D, C and other nutrients, common anemia, osteoporosis and other diseases. Due to factors such as inadequate food intake, decreased digestion and absorption, disease, and multiple drug treatments, micronutrients obtained from food often cannot meet the nutritional needs of the elderly, and additional supplements are required. It should be noted that nutrient supplement preparations should be taken under the guidance of nutritionists and specialist physicians, so as to avoid misuse and abuse, but bring harm to health.
