Is the acidic nutritional value the better?

I like to drink yogurt, but my mother always says that the more acidic the yogurt, the better the nutritional value. Is this true?

    The source of acidity of yoghurt is the lactic acid produced by lactic acid bacteria using lactose metabolism, which is related to the bacterial species and fermentation time of the starter. Among the Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus that must be used for making yogurt, if the bacillus is dominant, the acidity will be strong, but this does not mean that the quality of yogurt is better.
