    It is very healthy to eat whole grains. Whole grains are also rich in magnesium, potassium and B vitamins. Magnesium helps muscle cells relax from tension; potassium stabilizes blood pressure and expels excess water in the body; B vitamins can help the body metabolize excess. Sugars and fats to avoid gaining weight.
