Eating seafood and beer can induce gout attacks. Because seafood is a food containing two components of purine and glucuronide, and beer is rich in vitamin B1, an important catalyst for decomposing these two components. If you drink beer while eating seafood, it will promote the combination of harmful substances in the body and increase the uric acid content in the human blood, thus forming difficult urinary tract stones. If you have a problem with your own metabolism, drinking beer while eating seafood is likely to cause blood uric acid levels to rise sharply, inducing gout, so that there is gouty nephropathy, gouty arthritis and so on.
