How to maintain good health?

Now that I am old, I obviously feel that my body is getting worse and I am often weak. How can I keep fit?

    Do not smoke, follow a plant-based diet (reduce consumption of red and white meat, eat a lot of beans, whole grains), eat nuts multiple times a week, exercise regularly, drink at least 5 glasses of water every day, maintain a healthy weight, every One day of the week there is a full rest.
