    Eating spinach often is good for your health. It can help blood vessels. Spinach contains a lot of β-carotene, which is an excellent source of vitamin B6, folic acid, iron and potassium. Edible spinach "can open blood veins, open the chest diaphragm, lower the tone, moderate thirst and dryness."
