Why do bones become weak?

During my recent physical examination, I found that my bones became very fragile. Why?

    It may be caused by insufficient calcium in the diet. People don’t realize that 99% of the calcium in the human body exists in the bones. If you don’t take a certain amount of calcium from the diet, the body will use these reserves. If you continue to do so, the bones will become weak.
