The elderly at home have high blood pressure. Do you want to eat sauces like watercress?

Life is convenient and life is better, but chronic non-communicable diseases such as high blood pressure have become common again. A high-sodium diet is a cause of high blood pressure. The source of sodium in addition to salt is the delicious sauces. For example, a spoonful of bean paste (15 ml or 19 g) contains 1120 mg of sodium [3], while a spoonful of ordinary soy sauce contains about 500-1500 mg of sodium. That is close to or more than half of our sodium in a day! Eat the sauce in moderation.
