    There are many people with sub-health now, which are caused by bad habits. There are basically the following situations: 1. Don't eat without hunger. 2. Drink water only when you are thirsty. 3. Go to sleep very sleepy. 4. Tired to know the rest. 5. Obesity makes me think about losing weight.
