In 1980, the overweight rate of American adults was 46%, and then increased at an average rate of 10 percentage points every 10 years. In the 10 years from 1992 to 2002 in China, the overweight rate increased by 39%, and the obesity rate almost doubled. This speed is too horrible, and measures must be taken to control it, otherwise, you will encounter the same troubles as the United States.
