Drink less water and body fluids will of course become less. The main component of body fluids is water. If the amount of water supplemented outside the body does not reach the required amount in the body, the water content in the body will be unbalanced, resulting in insufficient production of adenosylmethionine. This substance is particularly important in brain tissue. Once the lack of water is unable to transport and produce the energy it needs for the brain, the substance adenosylmethionine will decrease, and depression will follow.
