Every morning I am entangled, I do not know what to eat in the morning, what food should I eat for breakfast?

    Breakfast does not need to be too entangled in the choice of food. Generally, breakfast including rice porridge, whole wheat bread, low-fat foods and high carbohydrates has many benefits for human health. Breakfast provides us with a quarter of the energy we need for a day's activities. The next two meals we can't eat much fat, but can absorb more carbohydrates.
