What is the shelf life of cooked vegetables and cereals?

My mother bought more vegetables when she was cooking, and cooked more rice. She kept it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. What is the shelf life?

The shelf life of cooked vegetables and cereals is generally 3-7 days. After the vegetables are cooked, the shelf life is shorter, and the cooked broccoli should not be stored in the refrigerator for more than three days. Rice, broth and leftovers should not be left in the refrigerator for more than a week.
