Sometimes I go to the sauna for too much work. It takes a long time to wash. Some people say that more saunas will affect fertility. Is it true?

Sauna can promote blood circulation and eliminate fatigue. However, the most suitable temperature for men to produce sperm is 35.6-36.0℃, which is 1-1.5℃ lower than normal body temperature. Frequent showering with very hot water or staying in the sauna room for too long may reduce the production of sperm due to the heat of the scrotum, or the occurrence of dead sperm. Therefore, unmarried men often take a sauna to increase the risk of infertility.
