How about vegetables and fruits for breakfast?

Sometimes I am anxious to go to work, so I just eat an apple and leave. Is it okay to eat these things for breakfast?

    It is very healthy to eat like this. Vegetables, fruits and beans can provide enough cellulose. Providing foods rich in cellulose can promote gastrointestinal motility and produce a sense of saturation. Abundant cellulose is also essential.
