Is practicing yoga good for the brain?

When passing by a yoga studio, I saw the propaganda saying that practicing yoga is good for the brain. Is it really good?

    Practicing yoga will make your body and mind more effective, so yoga is good for your body and mind. After a lot of muscle activity, the brain rests best. Studies have shown that when muscles contract and relax continuously, a neurotransmitter released by the brain can make the body get a better rest and improve brain sensitivity.
