Pork liver has high cholesterol. If you eat two or two pig livers, your cholesterol will exceed the daily intake of 300 mg recommended by the Chinese Nutrition Society, so you must eat it in moderation. While eating pork liver, do not eat other high-saturated fatty acids. Foods such as animal oil, fatty pork, whole milk, cream, butter, etc., in order to avoid the saturated fatty acids in these foods to promote the absorption of cholesterol in pig liver, causing excessive cholesterol intake.
