Before going to the hospital for examination, the doctor said that the vitamins were inadequate, and also said that this was because I was a vegetarian every day. Why are people who are vegetarians prone to vitamin deficiency?

    Most people who are vegetarians are prone to vitamin deficiency. In fact, people who are vegetarians are most likely to suffer from insufficient vitamin intake, because the best source of vitamins is meat, especially liver, milk and fish.
