I have been a vegetarian for a while, but my body has some minor problems. What is the reason?

In terms of diet, Chinese medicine emphasizes the "spleen and stomach" relationship. The stomach is responsible for digesting food, and the spleen helps the body to absorb it. When a person thinks often, the function of "dissipating spleen and spleen" is hindered. A person who is easily worried about thinking will often become more worried when he starts to be a vegetarian. Later, if he causes malnutrition, he will blame the poor vegetarian diet. In fact, this is not necessarily a problem of food itself
