Hypertension has a certain degree of heredity. Both parents have high blood pressure, and the probability of children's future illness is as high as 45%. It is recommended that people with family history regularly monitor blood pressure at least annually; reduce salt intake and eat potassium-rich fruits, vegetables such as bananas, walnuts, spinach, etc.; control obesity; quit smoking and limit alcohol.
