Is sleep supplementation useful after insomnia?

I didn't sleep well the day before yesterday, and I slept hard all afternoon today. I still feel tired. Is it useful to make up for sleep after insomnia?

    After exhaustion, I most expect to have a good night's sleep. But in fact, after insomnia, even if you sleep more, there is no benefit. A person's sleep time is determined by the circadian clock. If it is not within the required sleep time, it is useless to make up for sleep at other times.
