Male  50 years old 2018-05-18
I have mild diabetes and don’t dare to eat fruits. I am afraid that the sugar content is too high. Can I use vegetables instead of fruits?

Fruit is a kind of food with important health value. Its value cannot be replaced by all vegetables. The fruit contains more sugar, but there is no evidence that the sugar in fruit is harmful to diabetes. Taking into account the actual situation of diabetic patients who need to control blood sugar, the amount can be controlled, but it cannot be replaced with vegetables.
