My father-in-law is a diabetic. I usually eat less staple food. Does this have any impact on health?

Without eating staple food, the human body relies on the burning and decomposition of fat in the body to supply energy, resulting in the production of ketone bodies. For diabetics, there is a risk of ketoacidosis without eating staple foods.
