Will red and white tofu affect calcium absorption?

Male  29 years old 2018-05-11
I often make red and white tofu, but my friends remind me that the combination of these two foods may affect the absorption of calcium. Is this really the case?

Red and white tofu has extremely high nutritional value, and the two foods can be used together to nourish blood. Iron in red and white tofu does not significantly affect calcium absorption, but too much protein and phosphorus will affect the body's absorption of calcium. Whether it is soybean products or blood tofu, the phosphorus content is not very low. Therefore, this dish is not easy to eat too much at a time, and it is more suitable to be eaten with green leafy vegetables to achieve a calcium-phosphorus balance and a calcium-magnesium balance in order to better absorb calcium.
