I'm working out recently and want to lose weight and gain muscle. I wonder if sweet potatoes can replace staple food? Is this harmful to the body?

As long as it is properly matched, there is basically no harm. Both sweet potatoes and old corn are rich in dietary fiber. The starch in potatoes is less than rice flour starch, but the dietary fiber is more, so it is very desirable to replace the staple food with potatoes.
