I often drink alcohol, but recently I feel many joint pains in my body. Going to the hospital to find out that it is gout. Is it caused by my long-term drinking?

Gout has a great relationship with unreasonable eating habits. Alcoholism is the main cause of acute attacks of gout. Beer contains the highest purine in alcohol. After drinking a large amount of beer, in addition to raising blood lipids, it can also rapidly increase the concentration of uric acid in the blood. A bottle of beer can at least double the level of lactic acid in the body.
