How healthy is porridge?

I boil porridge for myself every day, but every time I cook porridge to a different degree, I want to know to what extent is the healthiest?

    It is best to cook the porridge to the point where the rice grains are broken. Only when the porridge is soft and rotten can the starch granules in the porridge fully bloom, and thus it will be more completely heated and gelatinized. The gelatinization degree of starch is proportional to the absorption probability of nutrients.
