    Women need a lot of nutrition after birth, so the puerperium diet should be a balanced diet composed of diverse foods, and there are no special food taboos. Animal food such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk should be eaten every day, but not excessively. Eat a variety of vegetables and fruits and ensure that you consume 500g of vegetables every day.
