Will nutritional deficiency cause fatigue syndrome?

Male  40 years old 2018-05-02
Because the work is very busy, the three meals are not scheduled, and some are malnourished. Recently, chronic fatigue syndrome has appeared. May I ask, can malnutrition cause this disease?

Malnutrition may induce fatigue syndrome. Nutritional deficiencies are also suspected to be one of the causes of chronic fatigue syndrome. However, the existing evidence is not enough to prove that chronic fatigue syndrome is caused by nutritional deficiencies, and in particular, which nutrient deficiency is the cause. However, there is evidence that patients with chronic fatigue syndrome often have nutritional deficiencies, and a balanced diet with adequate nutrition can benefit patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.
