I have never eaten whole grains. Is it good for my body to eat whole grains?

    Eating coarse grains is good for the body. Increase the amount of coarse grains in an appropriate amount, and better preserve nutrients in grain foods, such as brown rice, whole wheat flour, oatmeal, oats, corn, red beans, mung beans, etc., and limit sweets and sugary drinks.
