Adequate calcium should be given in the diet, normal adults up to 800 mg per day, elderly patients should be given 1,000 mg. It is recommended to drink 250 grams of milk daily. In addition, it should be supplemented from other calcium-rich foods, such as cereals, soy products, yellow, green, and red vegetables, shrimp skin, meat floss, etc.
