    Soy milk foods generally have a low glycemic index and can be eaten appropriately. Such as noodles, macaroni, black rice porridge, barley porridge, corn porridge, corn gruel, vermicelli, lotus root powder, konjac, tofu and bean food, milk and dairy products. Basically, pulses have low glycemic index, and almost all dairy products are low-glycemic foods.
