If the child's circumcision is too long, circumcision can be performed under the guidance of a doctor. If the child's penis head is completely wrapped by the foreskin, it is considered that the foreskin is too long. If the child's foreskin is relatively narrow and cannot be everted, it is a phimosis. If the child's prepuce is too long, be sure to keep the penis dry and clean to avoid causing inflammation.
