    It takes only three steps to get pork liver spinach soup. Spinach should be kept at the root, washed and cut into sections, boiled in hot water, and then removed. Rinse the blood of pig liver, knead it with flour, remove the fascia, slice, add milk for 30 minutes to remove fishy smell, then put it in a hot water pot and cook for a while. Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions; then pour spinach and appropriate amount of water. After the water boils, add the liver and salt and cook until the liver is fully cooked. This soup is suitable for all ages, especially for computer workers, high blood pressure, constipation, and diabetes.
