When I get up, I drink water. I just feel better after drinking water. Besides this, what are the benefits of drinking water after getting up?

    Drinking water early can help your body become lighter. After getting up in the morning, you can drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach. Because of the hidden sweating and urine secretion during sleep, a lot of water is lost. Although there is no thirst after getting up, the body will still be viscous due to lack of water. Drinking a glass of water can reduce blood viscosity and increase circulating blood volume.
